13th-Aug-2010 01:48 pm - error: fanlisting collective down
The title says it all. My fanlisting collective and all the fanlistings included under it are down. Seraphellic.net is also down. I don't know what a 403 error means, and at this point I'm not sure how to fix the problem...

I've decided that if I couldn't fix the problem within a few days, I'm going to deem this as a failure on my part for not backing up my files, and close the collective and all the fanlistings under it for good. I apologize for the sudden and not-so-pleasant post.
Ever since school started, I've been in a bit of a dry spell with my site. x_x; Fortunately, I've been keeping them updated (somewhat). Here's a welcome to Walter from Room of Angel for being the latest affiliate! :) I also have Walter's Cuba fanlisting as an affiliate to both the America and Japan fanlistings~
6th-Feb-2010 02:15 am - affiliate: Ava
Here's a warm welcome to Ava of Castle In the Sky, who's also affilated her Ragnarok Online fanlisting to my knight class fanlisting as of late. :D

Speaking of the knight class fanlisting, I finally went around with updating the links and removing dead sites from the affiliates page of that fanlisting... I think it's a new goal of mine to clean up fanlistings after not doing much for them for such a long time. XD;
2nd-Feb-2010 11:51 am - affiliate: Aniel Ryou
Greetings to Aniel Ryou, owner of Amor and Aibou.org, and the newest affiliate! :)

The Japan fanlisting's affiliates are going by well~ Added more APH-related fanlistings, although there are still plenty more to be introduced to (lol). And while I've been eyeballing on changing the collective's current layout, I'm more keen on changing some fanlistings' layouts (namely my older fanlistings)... hopefully that'll go underway soon.
Yay, after being so dead with my collective I'm happy to say that there are still people out there willing to affiliate with me~ ;; (Needless to say, I can really learn a thing or two from my affiliates since their layouts are all so gorgeous and mine are a little bit lacking, eh.) Say hello to Mitchii of Ash-snow.net with her fanlisting collective, Monochrome.

The Japan fanlisting is slowly making its way with APH-related fanlistings, although it'll be a while until it has the same amount of APH-related fanlistings to affiliate with like the America fanlisting... ^^;; Gotta make my way around that somehow, gah.

Speaking of fanlistings (as I'm gonna guess 90% of this community will be about fanlistings, heh), I'm surprised that the K-On!: Akiyama Mio and K-On!: Hirasawa Yui fanlistings are BOTH open. o_o; I'm not sure what happened with the original owner, but I wish her luck to get the fanlistings back, especially knowing that the Mio fanlisting is probably super-sought out for. x_x;
I'm finally getting round to all those affiliation requests that I've been slacking slow on. TT;; Here's a warm welcome to Rinkurai at Rewind the Radio, the proud owner of Spiderwalls.NET, and Nisa at Fuyu no Hanabi, the proud owner of Rawrpink.org. :)

And, since it feels strange to JUST update about an affiliate (hey, I don't get many request for that plus I want to look busy /sob), here are more random updates... On course is new thumbnails for my owned fanlistings, so stay tuned for larger (and updated) thumbnails that will include my latest fanlistings (i.e. America, Nagato Yuki, Japan). I wish I wasn't so slow with my collective's updates...

I had the opportunity to remove a bunch of site directories (i.e. my TCG site, forum family, and old blog) due to my ex-th spam email I got from my old TCG site's contact form. :T
27th-Jan-2010 05:32 pm - [new fanlisting] Japan/Honda Kiku

The Japan/Honda Kiku fanlisting is (finally) open after a long month of web design brain farts... Despite the dry spell, I am pleased with how the layout looks. :)

The rest of the missing links in my extras section have been added, which include LINKAGE and AFFILIATES. The affiliates list has been cleaned out and show only those who are mutually affiliated with my collective.

I decided to change the layout of this updates site as well to better accommodate with my short entries, haha... I think I'm on a roll after being so dead with web design and HTML after all this time. |D
So after months of not doing any changes whatsoever... I decided that now was the time to haul my ass around and finally make some changes. I've been meaning to do changes all over the collective, so I started off with making a new change to the layout archive. It now features Aisaka Taiga from Toradora! and the amazing Hoverbox script. It's small and simple, just the way I like it. Gone are the Naruto days... @_@;;

As of this week I hope to get the following done:

- get new thumbnails for current fanlistings
- clean up affiliates list and update the codes
- update LINKAGE codes
- revamp all error pages

And, although I will not be having the affiliates page up in the next few days, here's a warm welcome to Misaki from the Forgetten Nocturne Organisation for having her collective as an affiliate to mine. :)
17th-Oct-2009 12:42 pm - [new fanlisting] Nagato Yuki

The Nagato Yuki (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu) fanlisting is officially open! Stylistically, I felt intimidated because I wanted to try something new yet go for a more simplistic route. I'm not sure how much more simple you can get with a layout, but I'm satisfied with it. :D;;

I'm tempted to apply for the Shiro (Deadman Wonderland) and Honda Kiku/Japan (Axis Powers Hetalia) fanlistings, but it depends on how much time I have and how much I care to make a site for them... man, I wish I had creativity and motivation. =_=
26th-Jul-2009 12:35 am - collective layout revamp
The main site finall has a new layout after being stuck on version 21 for about a year. It features Spain aka. Antonio Fernandez Carriedo from the series AXIS POWERS HETALIA. ♥ Although the layout's a bit simplistic graphically and HTML-wise, I consider the new change decent after a year of doing absolutely zero change to my collective~

New things to consider: the collective is now HTML 4.0 Transitional and has valid CSS level 2.1! This is a good thing because I'm notorious for having fail!coding... XD;;

- update current pages in "extras" section"
- entirely remake all "dead-end" sections i.e. CONTACTS and LAYOUT
- get new thumbnails for current fanlistings
- clean up affiliates list and update the codes
- update LINKAGE codes
- revamp all error pages

There's still much to be done for the collective, but so far all has gone well!
